The Path Within: Yin Yoga Training with Kari Jaffe & Tiffany Keyser

February 14, 2026 - March 1, 2026
This Yin teacher training fosters a space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the quiet layers of your practice, your path to within. The training covers the fundamental principles of Yin rooted in Taoist philosophy, and includes anatomy and physiology related to connective tissues, Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian lines, functional sequencing and more. Participants learn to safely and effectively guide students through passive poses and develop skills in props, modifications and class design, with an emphasis on mindfulness, meditation and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher seeking to expand your offerings, or a dedicated student longing to broaden your personal practice, this training will give you tools to teach and live with more balance, patience and conscious awareness.

Kari Jaffe

Kari Jaffe is a full time yoga teacher, wellness curator, executive producer, creative director and community architect. She creates a home for all facets of a yogic lifestyle. Her dharma, or life’s work, is to bring community together through movement, music, food, human connection and shared experience.

Kari’s movement teaching style is mechanical and anatomically driven. While extremely compassionate and always demanding, Kari is committed to breath first, form second and the two together will unlock the magic of your physical practice. She teaches her classes based on the functionality of bodies that surround her. Kari is rooted in alignment and she cues subtle nuances that shape-shift one’s practice. Kari’s knowledge is vast and she provides people with a deep sense of comfort.

The Yin practice plays an essential role in Kari’s life and teaching, serving as the counterbalance to her dynamic creative energy. Through the process of slowing down and allowing time to soften the deeper layers of connective tissue, she cultivates presence, patience and deep listening. This yin practice extends beyond the mat, translating into more meaningful connections with self, others and the world around her.

Teaching yoga movement, guided breath work and diverse meditation practices, including Yoga Nidra and sound healing, Kari is seamlessly bridging the gap from the yoga room to the street. Kari is a visionary and fearless creator, powerfully impacting everything she touches with her vibrancy.

Tiffany Keyser

“Creating spaces that foster genuine connection, community, and personal transformation is at the heart of why I teach. I love to see  students grow physically, mentally, and spiritually—through the practice of yoga and mindful movement.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I specialize in functional alignment, accessibility, and the integration of body–mind awareness. My approach blends precision and intuition, encouraging students to explore their practice safely while honoring their individuality.

I have had the privilege of leading multiple teacher trainings and mentoring future teacher trainers, guiding others to step into their own voice and confidence as educators.

Beyond the studio, I host and produce international retreats, local wellness gatherings, corporate wellness programs, and online mentorships that bring the transformative power of yoga to diverse communities around the world.

My teaching spans a variety of modalities, including Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Yin, Meditation, Breath-work, and Sound Healing, each offered with the intention to support holistic well-being and authentic self-discovery.”
